Stamping Machine NU101
■To do a secondary shaping of products by stamping and shaping them automatically.
The Rheon Stamping Machine can be connected with the Rheon Cornucopia® Encrusting Machine to do a secondary shaping of spherical or log shaped products by stamping and shaping them automatically.

The machine uses a sensor to recognize the product, which in turn activates the stamping mold. Therefore, even if you change the product pitch, accurately positioned stamping and shaping can be created.
The stamping mold (forming section) can be changed based on the shape of products.
By connecting the Rheon Flour Duster between the Rheon Cornucopia® and the Stamping Machine, an automatic forming and shaping line for baked confectioneries can be designed.
