The new “Compact AD” is a smaller version of the “AD Line.” It stretches and rolls up the dough sheet with filling and produces filled products automatically.
Whether you are producing filled products such as red bean bun, cream bread, Chinese buns to long products, roll bread and baguettes, a wide range of breads can be easily produced at the greatest quality using the Stress Free System.
Although compact, this machine's maximum production speed is 6,000 pieces per hour.
The Color Touch Screen is“Easy to see, Easy to use!”
The Product Memory Unit (P.M.U) stores and recalls the production data.
Flour Duster (Optional)
The Flour Duster can be attached to the line to dust flour consistently onto the conveyor belt or dough sheet.
